Funds will be used to continue to support wild steelhead management in British Columbia. A focus on new and continuing habitat rehabilitation projects such as stream bank protection, erosion control, woody-debris placement, and tributary protection for steelhead streams across the province. Funding or investing in steelhead population assessments through counts and swims. Supporting University students collecting data or focusing specifically on steelhead streams and populations to gain more insight on detrimental factors.
